There's no sign. There is no sign outside — just a doorbell on an Eixample residential block, climb to the third floor, and step into what feels like a friend's apartment — because, essentially, it is. Chef Arianna has turned a third-floor flat into one of Barcelona's most personal dining experiences. Vintage furniture, natural light flooding through windows, an open kitchen, and every dish and every bottle of wine arriving with a story. This is the antithesis of the designed restaurant experience. The food is generous, personal, and rooted in the seasons — Catalan-Italian comfort cooking built around whatever Arianna found worth buying that week. The wine list features unique offerings like a pet-nat from a small local producer she knows personally. Bookings are handled via Instagram (@tercero_primera_a), which tells you everything about the scale. If you need polished service, a proper wine list format, or any semblance of restaurant infrastructure, this isn't for you. If you're willing to trust a stranger's apartment and a handwritten menu, Tercero Primera is the most memorable meal you'll have in Barcelona.
