Fabio Gambirasi (formerly of Milan's Trussardi Alla Scala) and Catalan chef Roser Asensio met on the Camino de Santiago in 2015 and opened Agreste in El Coll, Gràcia, in 2016. With that original closed for a multi-year rebuild, Agreste Mar launched as a 2024 pop-up at Hotel Serras and has become their permanent base in the interim.
