Llamber

Asturian Modern · El Born, Barcelona · €€€

Open since 2012

Francisco Heras's gastrotaverna on Carrer de la Fusina has been fusing Asturian and Catalan cooking in El Born since December 2012, with roots in his original Llamber in Avilés. Trained at elBulli, La Broche in Miami, and Arola at Hotel Arts, Heras brings that pedigree to a sharing-plates format across three zones plus a terrace.
