Glug earned its Bib Gourmand in its first year, and that speed tells you something. Chefs Ivan Garcia and Beatrice Casella have built a wine bar where the food is not an afterthought but an equal partner. A tennis-ball-sized macaroni croqueta, shaved celeriac with hazelnut and smoked stracciatella, battered white shrimp with bravas sauce — the menu is playful and irreverent, drawing from Catalan and Italian traditions without pledging loyalty to either. Pink wine taps dispense glasses from 4.50 euros; the list runs to 280-plus references leaning natural. Eight shared dishes and a glass each barely touches 35 euros per head. The room has instant personality. Getting a table is the hard part.
