Culkin earns its personality. The Macaulay Culkin / Home Alone tribute is not decoration over forgettable food — it's a frame the kitchen actually fills. Grup Amicks founder Martín Pimentel runs a group known for product-driven cooking, and Culkin is where that instinct gets its most playful expression. The menu lands with specific conviction: oreja with demi-glace and pickled mustard, vieiras with ajo blanco and guanciale — the fat cutting cleanly against the white gazpacho base — and a tataki de lomo bajo with green pepper sauce and pickled carrot. The ensaladilla rusa gets rebuilt with octopus and wakame, making the classic feel earned. Natural wines and cocktails are treated as seriously as the plates. A stop that rewards the detour.
