The framing is Greek-inspired Mediterranean with modern technique — baked feta with honey and chili, shakshuka-adjacent eggs, tahini-laced plates alongside more recognisable brunch staples — and the cooking feels genuinely personal rather than template-driven. The coffee is among the better cups in the neighbourhood. The interior doubles as a rotating gallery, vinyl sessions and occasional live music give the weekends texture, and the small room fills quickly on Saturdays and Sundays. Prices are moderate. Barcelona's brunch scene is saturated with interchangeable avocado-toast operations; Faseo has an actual identity, which makes it worth the detour whether you're eating at 10am or finishing a long lunch at 4pm.
