Best Brunch
Barcelona came to brunch culture later than London or New York, which meant it arrived without the worst habits: no hour-long queues for avocado toast, no mandatory bottomless prosecco package, no rooms that exist purely as backdrop for photographs. The best brunch spots here are restaurants that happen to do excellent mid-morning food, not brunch concepts that reverse-engineered a kitchen around the format. The quality bar is high at the top of this list — several of these rooms would earn their place in any collection regardless of the meal. Saturday and Sunday mornings fill quickly; booking ahead is always the correct decision.
