Trafalgar reads like a gimmick on paper - pizzeria, cocktail bar, club, all under one vintage-industrial roof - but the pies hold up. Pizzaiolo Andrea Lecca has been named best pizzaiolo in Spain two years running and took home Best Pizzaiolo DOC at the 2025 world championship in Salerno. The dough goes through a 48-hour double fermentation with Italian stone-ground flours, lands contemporary-Neapolitan: puffy cornicione, light and digestible. Pizzas are named Track 1, Track 2, and so on, which tells you exactly how seriously the room wants to take itself. Porchetta is the house standout. Show up early for dinner; by eleven the DJs arrive and the pizza turns into an afterthought to the dance floor.
