Ivan Surinder's father — the first Indian chef in Barcelona — opened the restaurant on Calabria in 2002; Ivan took over at 18 after his father's death in October 2011. Ivan trained nine months at Albert Adrià's Tickets before stepping up; he also runs Mirch in Raval and appears on TV3's cooking show Cuina com puguis.

Tandoori chicken (€14), butter chicken (€14.90), palak paneer (€14), tandoori sea bass. Chocolate-cardamom samosa (€8), oyster with mango and tamarind (€4.70), garlic naan (€4.50). Vegetable kebab with mint mayonnaise, malai kabak (chicken thigh marinated with yogurt and white pepper), baignan bartha (smoked eggplant purée with goat cheese on naan).
