Ragda Chaat — potato fritters with chickpea purée, yogurt, tamarind, and mint. Butter Chicken — house speciality: chicken in creamy tomato sauce with fenugreek and butter. Angaara Murgh Tikka — spiced chicken marinated in yogurt, tandoor-roasted. Lucknowi Seekh Kebab — gently spiced lamb skewer, tandoor-roasted. Paneer Tikka Akbari — fresh cheese skewers with spiced yogurt marinade, roasted with onion and peppers. Gulab Jamun — milk sweet in cinnamon syrup, served with vanilla ice cream.
