The cooking blends French, Asian and Mediterranean influences, leans on what the team calls Zero Km and organic sourcing, and turns out reliably above the Gothic Quarter norm: seared tuna with miso, duck confit, creative takes on classic croquetas. A good wine list runs in parallel with thoughtful pairing suggestions. The Gothic Quarter address brings a heavy tourist share that splits opinion — some find the energy charming, others feel the crowd thins the experience.
