Fino Bar

Wine Bar / Tapas · Gràcia, Barcelona · €€

Creative Andalusian tapas at the top of Torrent de les Flors, away from the tourist flow. No kitchen license means no frying — hence the ingenious croq-fondue (croqueta dough for dipping). Exceptional charcuterie sliced to order. The name nods to the deep sherry list.

The Delekta Review

Fino Bar sits high on Torrent de les Flors, well above the Gràcia tourist flow, serving creative Andalusian tapas in a room that has no kitchen license — a technical limitation that pushed the project toward one of Barcelona's more ingenious dishes. With no frying allowed, the kitchen invented the croq-fondue: croqueta mixture served warm as a dip — skipping the fryer entirely. It sounds like a gimmick and tastes like a legitimate idea. The charcuterie program is strong, cut fresh at the bar. The deep sherry list is the reason for the name, and the by-the-glass selection actually rewards curiosity. Prices are fair for the neighborhood. The quiet pleasure of Fino Bar is that it demonstrates how a regulatory constraint can become a creative engine when the cooking has genuine personality behind it. A neighborhood bar with a chef's mind.
