Small Gràcia specialist on Carrer de Bruniquer dedicated to Shanghai-style xiaolongbao — hand-pleated soup dumplings that arrive scalding in their bamboo steamers, filled with pork broth that has to be drunk before the wrapper meets the spoon. The house makes them properly, fold by fold; the truffle variation has become the dish visitors mention first, and the reason the queue outside the door keeps forming. Beyond the dumplings, the menu widens into hand-pulled noodles, ramen and a short roster of Shanghai staples. The room is tiny and fills in minutes once service opens. Prices are genuinely accessible for the level of craft. A rare proper xiaolongbao address in a city that has taken its time learning to love them.
