Shoronpo is Gràcia's Japanese xiaolongbao specialist, founded by chef Keita Tanaka, closed during the pandemic, and relaunched in 2023 under operators Nayef Ghazi Muhtaseb and Pol Canals. A second location followed in Sants in late 2025.
