Parking Pizza built a template so coherent that rivals spent years trying to copy it — and it still holds up. The dough is the foundation: light, airy, elastic, built to carry real topping weight without going soggy. Pizza #11 — black truffle, egg, fontina, and parmesan — is the signature for good reason, a rich, yolk-forward pie that earns its reputation. The Margherita, served with pesto, is one of the more honestly priced options on the Barcelona pizza circuit. The burrata and quinoa salad keep the short menu from overextending. No reservations means the room fills fast — arriving late on a weekend night means waiting — but the turnover is constant and the space handles the volume well. A decade in, it hasn't needed to reinvent itself.
