Oníric opened in January 2024 in a six-table Gràcia space — formerly the first La Panxa del Bisbe — where Jonatan Izquierdo (ex-Disfrutar, Nova) cooks alone and Laura Humanes (ex-Moments, Baló) runs the floor alone; the two met at Jordi Cruz's Atempo. A Michelin Bib Gourmand followed in 2026.

Opened January 2024 by chef Jonatan Izquierdo (Palencia) and partner Laura Humanes (Barcelona); they met at Jordi Cruz's Atempo. Izquierdo's CV: Nova in Ourense, then Disfrutar; Humanes worked the sala at Moments and led the floor at Baló. The space was the first La Panxa del Bisbe — a quiet Gràcia street, recognizable by its wooden façade and porthole windows; six tables inside. Bib Gourmand landed in the 2026 guide, less than two years after opening.

Cocina-sin-banderas: Catalan base shot through with Asian and European touches; almost everything carries a vegetal element. Jonatan cooks alone; Laura works the floor alone. Three tasting menus — Herrén (executive midday-only weekday), Oníric, Somni (longest, twelve courses, 72€) — plus à la carte. Pantry of fermentations on display, including a mackerel garum among the jars.

Conger eel buñuelos with green curry, coconut and tamarind — Michelin's recommended plate on the current menu. Lamb neck slow-cooked with wine-poached pears, citrus zest, sweet potato purée and a touch of rocoto. Corvina in mandarin escabeche, with jowl and pak choi. Beef-heart tartar, kimchi mayonnaise and a soy-cured yolk. Stout sponge cake topped with cookie ice cream, finished with a cinnamon foam.
