Mirabe sits on the Tibidabo hillside with one of the few genuinely postcard views in Sarrià-Sant Gervasi — the city spread out below, the sea on the horizon, the lights coming on at dusk. The Mediterranean cooking is competent rather than ambitious, which is honest enough: you come here for where you are, not primarily for what is on the plate. Rice dishes, grilled fish, a few Catalan classics handled without surprises. Prices sit on the higher side, as they do at any hilltop address in the city. For a special occasion, a first date, or a sunset drink you want to remember, Mirabe earns the trip up the hill. Book the terrace.
