Open since 1957 on Carrer de Muntaner — a deli-and-tortilla bar widely cited as Barcelona's tortilla benchmark. Three or four come out each day in varying flavours (chorizo, truffle, 'nduja, sobrasada); once the run is done, the kitchen pivots to lunch service.
