Four former Caelis colleagues deliver surprise tasting menus of 7 or 10 courses where Mediterranean instinct collides with playful global references: pani puri with artichoke and bottarga, mackerel with Catalan sauce and shiitake, duck magret with citrus mole. The surprise-menu format means you surrender control, but the kitchen rewards trust. A standout cabbage dish with beurre blanc, grapefruit, and kaffir lime has been called one of the best plates of the year. The wine program leans toward small Catalan producers and under-the-radar bottles.
