Awards: Repsol Solete

Open since 2023

Ex-elBulli chef Eugeni de Diego opened this Sant Gervasi colmado-style tapas bar in 2023, earning a Repsol Solete the following year. The hybrid format — deli shelves of preserved goods, glass-fronted refrigerators packed with anchovies and cured meats, Joselito chorizos hanging under blue light — sets the tone before the food arrives.

The Delekta Review

A colmado / tapas bar / deli hybrid: shelves of preserved goods, refrigerators of cured meats and seafood, kitchen running Catalan classics. Open daily 13–16 for lunch and 20–23 for dinner.

Chef Eugeni de Diego (ex-elBulli) opened it in 2023; recognized by Repsol Solete as 'Soletes con solera' in 2024.

Fricandó with sea cucumber, peeled-tomato salad with capers, red Mediterranean prawns, baby scallops grilled with garlic and salt. Albóndigas, hake, mandonguilles, langostinos en salpicón, tortilla con callos. Catalan classics: esqueixada, croquetas, pan con tomate, broken eggs with gulas, canyut (razor clams), txistorra with cider.

Glass-fronted refrigerators packed with anchovies and seafood, hanging Joselito chorizos under blue light, small marble tables — the room is a selling point before a plate arrives.

C/ de Calvet 28, Sant Gervasi (near Turó Park / Galvany); reservations via the website; Muntaner metro (L6, L7).
