The kitchen is ambitious without being pretentious — each plate is thoughtfully composed, visually appealing, and designed around what's best at the market that morning. The Carrer dels Carders setting is atmospheric in the way the best Born corners still are: narrow, charged with history, but charged also with what the neighborhood is now. Prices sit at moderate to high for the level of cooking, which is fair given the precision on the plate. Already building a following among the food-obsessed, which in this neighborhood is effectively everyone.
