Awards: Michelin Selection
Open since 2023
A cassoulet tasted in France sent Venezuelan-Basque chemist Pachi Rodríguez — Earlham College, class of 2006 — on a career pivot that ended with Âme opening in Eixample in December 2023. Co-founded with Joey Attieh, his partner at Mediterranean-Lebanese Albé, the 12-seat room runs two tasting menus nightly (€78 short, €98 long) with no à la carte.
The Delekta Review
Featured in the Michelin Guide three months after opening
Two tasting menus, no à la carte — €78 short version and €98 long version, served across two nightly seatings French inflection over Catalan and Mediterranean produce, with Japanese ingredient choices threaded through 12-seat dining room with no barrier between guests and the small open kitchen — chefs explain courses themselves
Calm Eixample dining room — two seatings per evening, tasting menus only, the kind of space where conversation carries.
