The honest assessment: this is a restaurant where the location commands a premium. Some diners find dishes underseasoned and overpriced. Wait times can stretch well beyond what's quoted. But when the paella arrives at your table on the terrace with the harbour behind it, the combination of setting and seafood is hard to replicate anywhere else in Barcelona.
