Familia Nuri's ambitious Port Olímpic upgrade from their 60-year Ca La Nuri lineage — opened 2025, chefs Àlex Jiménez and David Noguera at the kitchen. Deep rice program (lobster, surf-and-turf with grilled squid), an open-fire grill, and a 100-seat terrace overlooking the port.

The Delekta Review

Mediterranean cooking centered on rice (paella, dry, surf-and-turf, banda) plus a wood-fired grill that sits open to the dining room. Open daily 12–24h.

Familia Nuri's most ambitious project — they've run the casual Ca La Nuri rice restaurants for 60 years before stepping up here. Chefs Àlex Jiménez and David Noguera lead the kitchen; Ismael Alonso of Celler de Can Roca consults. The name 'Nuara' comes from the Catalan verb 'nuar' (to tie knots) — a nod to the family's connections.

Dry rice with national lobster; surf-and-turf rice with grilled squid, Iberian pork belly and mushrooms; lobster paella with cracked claws. Andalusian-style squid with acevichada mayo; Balfegó red tuna with burrata and pistachios; pickled leeks with ceps meunière, hazelnuts and microgreens.

200 m² dining room with 100 seats plus a 235 m² terrace with 100 more — designed by Raquel González and Sánchez Guisado Arquitectos. An open-fire grill in the dining room is the kitchen's visual signature.
