Delta de l'Ebre oysters with blue spirulina. Ensaladilla rusa with each vegetable boiled separately al dente, pickled mussels, and Huelva prawns. Steak tartare on brioche with sriracha and olive oil caviar. Squid stuffed with Cal Rovira black pudding, ceps, hazelnuts, and Santa Pau bean suquet. Magret de pato with grilled pear, hazelnuts, and a beer-and-honey sauce.
