The staff are deep on wine and on vermouth, with 140 bottles spanning Catalonia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Italy, France, Australia, and Chile. Vermouth on tap; the list leans hard into organic and natural. The food matches: locally sourced, classically nodding, and genuinely surprising in places. Mussels with vermouth and orange are the kind of dish you order twice. The duck magret comes sliced paper-thin. Hand-cut house-fried chips are the bar snack this stretch of Eixample deserves. Pistachio tiramisu and a brioche with chocolate, raspberry, and meringue close things in style. Sit near the open kitchen at the back. Reserve; the room is small.
