Opened 2019 in the Sir Victor hotel (formerly Hotel Omm), taking the ground-floor space that was Roca Moo.

Cuts: Wagyu A5, rib-eye, New York strip, t-bone, hanger, lamb rack; signature 1200g Mr Porter and 750g Mrs Porter house portions. Beyond the grill: spicy yellowtail sashimi, seven-variation carpaccio menu, chargrilled leek, shaved courgette salad, pan-blistered corn with shrimp and avocado. Chocolate Explosion (for two — smashed at the table with nitrogen) closes the meal.
