Classic Eixample vermuteria that treats the vermut ritual with the seriousness it deserves. House vermouth poured properly from the barrel, olives, boquerons, anchovies and a conserves selection curated with the same care as the wine list. The room leans into the old Barcelona aesthetic — marble counter, bottles stacked behind, a ceiling that seems to absorb conversation rather than bounce it back. The crowd is unhurried, the staff are patient with first-timers, and the whole place is engineered so the afternoon can slip by without anyone noticing. Not a destination in the Michelin sense, but close to perfect at exactly what it does, which is exactly what it claims to do.
