Sergio and Javier Torres turned a former industrial building in Les Corts into Barcelona's most dramatic dining room — an open-plan space where three kitchen stations sit at the centre, surrounded by diners with no walls or counters between them. The concept is as much architecture as gastronomy, and it works. The twins earned two Michelin stars within months of opening in 2018, and . The cooking centres on seasonal Catalan ingredients with minimal intervention — maximum flavour, minimum fuss. Cured squid with poultry consommé and caviar is a signature sea-and-mountain dish. Not everything reaches three-star heights: the restaurant shines most in the amuse-bouches and desserts, with only a handful of courses hitting genuine three-star peaks. That's an honest assessment of a restaurant that delivers a spectacular experience even when individual courses don't all reach the summit. The industrial space, the twin choreography and the quality of the sourcing make this unlike any other meal in Barcelona.
