Records opened in Les Corts in December 2025, the project of chef Enric — an autodidact from Sant Joan d'Espí who spent nearly six years at Frog by Adam Handling in London — and Gerard, a sala veteran from Llavaneres who arrived from Madrid just before opening. The Corpus de la cuina catalana sits on the bar as a statement of purpose.

Opened December 2025 by chef Enric, an autodidact from Sant Joan d'Espí who logged nearly six years in the Frog by Adam Handling kitchen in London after time at Aqua in Wolfsburg. Gerard, from Llavaneres, had run sala at top restaurants across Spain and landed in Barcelona from Madrid just before the opening. The Corpus de la cuina catalana sits on the bar as a declaration of intent.

Catalan tradition reworked light — canelones, fricandó, arroz negro alongside venison tartar and a modernized esqueixada. Brasa is the spine: lubina with peas, cola de rape with artichokes, brasa chicken, and chipirones in tandoori sauce. Wine list strictly Catalunya, País Valencià, Catalunya Nord and the Illes Balears.

New Les Corts kitchen, opened January 2026 — small neighbourhood room where the chef returned from a London Michelin year to cook canelones and fricandó.

Albóndigas with sepia — pork foot, lean pork, beef; sepia spleen pounded into the picada with pine nuts. Brasa chipirones with tandoori, cauliflower also worked over flame. Fricandó de ternera with piñones — pine nuts a recurring Enric childhood signature. Crema catalana, traditional.
