Cecconi's Barcelona

Italian · Ciutat Vella, Barcelona · €€€

Cecconi's sits inside Soho House on Passeig de Colom — Northern Italian fare modelled on the Mayfair original, open to non-members at street level, with a Sunday brunch that's the signature draw.

The Delekta Review

The Sunday brunch is what Cecconi's does best: a 60€ spread running from antipasti misti and vitello tonnato through lasagna and meatballs, then on to a carving station where porchetta, roast beef, and lamb chops are sliced to order. The porchetta crackling is the first target. Risotto arrives in a hollowed-out Parmesan wheel; tapioca and mango pudding closes the meal. The buffet holds up even as the crowd thins toward late afternoon — abundant, well-trained servers keep things replenished. The room, broken by potted plants and mismatched seating formats, sustains easy people-watching from the bar. Weekday menus lean toward modern tapas with a British inflection — vegetables fare better than the crossover dishes, and a sea bass ceviche has arrived missing components. Prices reflect a premium Soho House address. As a weekend ritual, though, it delivers.
