House-cured charcuterie and pâté de campagne with homemade sherry mustard. Coal-grilled waffle with Avileña beef tartare. Grilled brioche with mascarpone, red prawns, and smoked caviar. Whole turbot over coals. Chuletón — large-cut steak over charcoal.
