Opened April 2026, Bera is Martín Berasategui's casual counterpart to Lasarte — his three-starred restaurant directly upstairs in the Monument Hotel. Executive chef Gabriele Milani, in a room designed by Berta Martí studio, runs an all-day open kitchen focused on pintxos, small bites, and sharing plates.
