Jordi Cruz's Eixample restaurant occupies the former Gaig premises on Carrer de Còrsega 200, where head chef Iñaki Aldrey — previously at ABaC and Ten's — reclaimed a Michelin star at the 2022 ceremony. The project originated as La Fortalesa in Sant Julià de Ramis, closed in 2020, and reopened in Barcelona in 2021.
