Aleia
Ingredient-led Fine Dining · Eixample, Barcelona · €€€€
Awards: ★★ Michelin
Two-Michelin-starred fine dining in Casa Fuster, where Andalusian-rooted chef Rafa de Bedoya meets Catalan Modernisme.
The Delekta Review
Aleia won its second Michelin star in November 2025, consolidating its place as one of the most compelling fine-dining addresses on Passeig de Gràcia. The restaurant occupies the first floor of Casa Fuster, the Modernista jewel by Lluís Domènech i Montaner — grand columns, an undulating ceiling, a luminous dining room that reviewers have compared to the Guggenheim Bilbao. Paulo Airaudo oversees the concept; head chef Rafa de Bedoya, from Jerez, brings Andalusian roots to a seasonal tasting menu at €210 (wine pairing €120). His cooking weaves southern heritage through Mediterranean produce and precise technique — Jerez and the Empordà in the same dish, executed with confidence. The business lunch at €90 offers a meaningful entry point. Two Michelin stars inside a Domènech i Montaner building: few rooms in Barcelona can match the combination.
