The seasonal sharing plates change with what arrives at the market, and the natural wine list is curated with genuine knowledge and passion. The cooking is honest Mediterranean with Vilà's technical pedigree showing through: Caesar croquettes, rostit lasagna, cubist chicken — the kind of food that lets ingredients speak rather than burying them in technique. The Sant Antoni room is small and casual, which creates exactly the atmosphere you want: the place where you go for one glass and leave three hours later having ordered the entire menu.
