Enoteca at the Hotel Arts holds a Michelin star for a Mediterranean tasting menu with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the sea. The setting alone would fill tables, but the kitchen takes the seafood sourcing seriously. Emphasis is on top-quality Mediterranean fish and shellfish, handled with refinement. The Hotel Arts location means the atmosphere is polished but impersonal — this is hotel fine dining at its most luxurious and its most corporate. Prices are very high. Service is impeccable in the formal, five-star-hotel sense. For a special occasion with sea views, excellent wine and technically precise cooking, Enoteca delivers. For soul or character, look elsewhere.
