Burgers built on Km0 / slow-food principles: organic beef, daily breads, locally-grown vegetables, traceable across every supplier. Beyond burgers, the menu runs to steak tartare, tagliata de entrecot, patatas bravas, and seasonal organic vegetables.

Eighty square metres on Carrer d'Enric Granados — bar near the entrance, bench tables down the side, a round table at the back, and a year-round heated terrace on the street.

Opened 2010 as a gourmet-burger pioneer in Barcelona; Slow Food Barcelona certified the same year. Suppliers named on the menu: beef from a Pyrenees biodynamic family farm; produce from Soulblim in Gavà; bread from La Fabrique; cheeses from Pinullet (raw milk).
