The Delekta Review
Juanan Vizcaíno opened Zaytun in 2024 to put his two halves on the same plate — his father's Jaén and his mother's Catalunya — and the result is one of the most personal projects to emerge in Sants in years. The room holds barely a handful of tables and feels like a friend's dining room with professional cooking coming out of the pass. A deconstructed romesco, seasonal vegetables treated with real technique, a menú del día that punches well above its price point. Around 35-40€ for the full carta. Reservations weeks out, and for good reason. Closed Monday-Tuesday.
