La cuina del Barcelona Edition funciona amb un model de Chef Partner rotatiu: un cuiner convidat dissenya un menú de degustació de temporada mentre l'hotel manté el servei a la carta tot el dia al seu voltant. El 2024–25, la partenaire va ser Martina Puigvert de Les Cols — Millor Chef Jove Michelin 2024 —, amb una cuina vegetal arrelada al sòl volcànic de la Garrotxa. Des del febrer del 2026, Álvaro Salazar de VORO (2 estrelles Michelin, Mallorca) ocupa el rol.

Hotel all-day dining with a rotating seasonal tasting menu (4 or 6 courses) by a guest Chef Partner. À la carte covers breakfast, brunch, weekday executive lunch, and dinner — the tasting menu runs evenings only, advance reservation required.

From the 2024–25 Martina Puigvert era: espárrago en tempura de carbón with wild mustard; huevo fresco del día evoking cannelloni with truffle and nutmeg; costilla de cerdo Duroc with quince aioli and fresh mint; postre vegetal de boniato y calabaza with caramel and angel hair; paletilla de cordero with samfaina and sheep's milk foam.

A double-height room by OAB (Carlos Ferrater), with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Mercat de Santa Caterina esplanade and a long bar backed by 410 backlit liquor bottles. Black-and-white photographs by Colita, Joana Biarnés, and Oriol Maspons line the walls. The space blurs hotel lobby and neighbourhood restaurant — deliberately open to foot traffic from the market.
