This is the evolution of their earlier Hoja Santa, now refined into something more focused: the coming together of Mexican culture and cooking, Mediterranean ingredients, and the El Bulli legacy. The COME Festival tasting menu runs approximately 185 euros. The experience begins with welcome drinks and snacks at the door before moving to the dining room. Zero-mile ingredients meet Mexican technique. The result is cooking that feels neither purely Mexican nor Mediterranean but something genuinely its own — each dish carefully crafted with the precision you expect from an El Bulli lineage.
