Beirut Restaurant
Lebanese · Les Corts, Barcelona · €€
Authentic Lebanese restaurant run by chef Paul Haddad for over 26 years, serving traditional dishes and exceptional shawarma.
The Delekta Review
Paul Haddad has been cooking Lebanese food on Travessera de les Corts for more than twenty-six years, and the menu reads like someone who still cares. Shawarma — chicken and lamb — carved to order; baba ghanouj with the right depth of smoke; tabbouleh in proper balance, not drowned in parsley or tired bulgur; hummus at the texture it should have; mezze built for actual sharing. The respect for tradition is the point: no fusion, no simplifications, no concessions to a tourist palate. The terrace has a genuinely local feel, and the lunch menu around 15€ is an outstanding deal for the depth on offer. Open daily 1pm-11pm. One of the most consistent Lebanese kitchens in the city.
