Fast Eddie's grew from a lockdown side project — Edward White (US Virgin Islands) selling twenty fried-chicken burgers a week via Instagram from his apartment in March 2020 — into two Barcelona storefronts. With partners Matt and Carla Luck, also behind cocktail bar Carlos y Matilda, White runs Carders 6 in Born and Joaquín Costa 56 in Raval.
